Delete your FuzzyTask account

Request deletion of your FuzzyTask account and its associated cloud data. You can make a request here without reinstalling the app.

Send a deletion request

Email hello@fuzzytask.app with the subject “Delete my FuzzyTask account”. Send it from the email address used for your FuzzyTask account, if possible. If you cannot access that inbox, tell us so we can explain available verification steps.

We verify account control through the existing account recovery or verified communication channel before deleting data. If you no longer control your inbox, the account owner/operator will review available verification and recovery options. Do not include your password, payment-card information or task content. Sending an email starts a request; it does not instantly delete your account. Zeek LLC monitors this inbox, verifies account control and processes requests through the account-deletion workflow. We will respond with the next steps and confirm the outcome. This page does not promise immediate deletion or a fixed completion time.

Delete from the app

In supported account-enabled app versions, open the app menu, choose Account & sync, then Delete account & data. A recent sign-in is required to protect your account. If you cannot use the app, use the email request above.

What is deleted

Successful account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and account cloud content, including task, schedule and completion records, goals, reflective answers, preferences and synchronized event history. The account is locked against cloud writes during deletion.

What may remain

A minimal account identifier in the record path, deletion status and a nonpersonal schema version are retained to prevent an old offline device from recreating deleted cloud data. These records contain no task content, reflective answers, email address or timestamps and have no scheduled expiration. They remain while needed to block stale-device recreation. Support emails and provider-managed backups or service records may remain under the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion does not separately erase all Firebase installation identifiers, registration tokens or provider operational logs. Cloud account deletion cannot remotely erase every offline device or files you exported. Clear FuzzyTask app storage on devices you control and delete copies separately.

Your Google Play subscription is separate

Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future renewal, manage it through Google Play subscriptions. You can initiate account deletion without first canceling a subscription.
